Dallas graduated from Gonzaga University with a B.A. in Psychology in 1999. He then obtained his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2002.

Dallas is a member of the Spokane County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, the Washinton Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Since being admitted to the Washington State Bar, November, 2002, he has practiced primarily criminal defense with an emphasis in DUI defense. Dallas is admitted to practice in all Washington State Courts.
