Jim graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelors
in Business Administration in 1974, cum laude; received a Masters
of Business Administration from Gonzaga University in 1977; and graduated
from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1979, cum laude.
Admitted to practice in U.S. District Court, Eastern District of
Washington, June, 1980; admitted to practice before U.S. Court of
Appeals for the 9th Circuit, December, 1985. He is a member of the
Spokane County and Washington State Bar Associations. Jim's other
affiliations include Washington State Trial Lawyers Association and
the American Association for Justice.
One of the founders of the Firm Jim practices in the areas of insurance
law, personal injury, and estate work.
