Jim is responsible for the business management of the firm. He participates in policy making and planning decisions in the area of finance, personnel and general administration. He received his Bachelors in Business Administration and Accounting from Whitworth University, and a Master of Business Administration from Gonzaga University.

Jim is a 25 year member of the Association of Legal Administrators and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. He is also a member/chair of The Spokane Community College Paralegal Advisory Committee.
