Jeff graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration in 1983 and from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1986. He holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL-M) from the University of Florida. He is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association and The Spokane Estate Planning Council.

Jeff is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington, and the United States Tax Court. Admitted to the Bar in 1987, Jeff's practice includes business law, estate planning, taxation, drafting wills and trusts, probate, and elder law.
