Kevin specializes in legal matters involving Family Law (Divorce/Custody and criminal defense.)

Kevin has his bachelor's degree in political Science from Western Washington University where he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha the Political Science Honor Society. He received his law degree from Gonzaga University in 1994 graduating Cum Laude.

Prior to joining our firm, Kevin, was a Law Clerk for the Prosecutor's Office in Spokane and the Public Defender's office for Whatcom County in Bellingham. Kevin maintained his own private practice concentrating in the areas of family law and criminal defense, for eight years. Kevin is a member of the Washington State bar and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court in Eastern Washington.

In addition to practicing law, Kevin also exercises the duties of a Judge Pro Tem in Spokane County District Court, Spokane Municipal Court and as a Commissioner Pro Tem in Spokane County Superior Court. Has also served as the past Chair of the Washington State Family Law Executive Committee and has been re-elected serve an additional three year term.
