Tamarae Cooney Leong is a third-generation lawyer and a Managing Partner at Cooney Law. She practices exclusively in the civil arena, focusing primarily on Plaintiff’s Personal Injury and Wrongful Death claims, with an emphasis on Auto Accidents. Tamarae has successfully represented clients in a variety of injury cases to include slip n’ falls, dog bite incidents, and catastrophic auto & pedestrian accidents. She started with the Cooney Law team as an intern over a decade ago and has enjoyed the privilege of working hand-in-hand with her father and firm co-founder, James (Jim) Cooney. Tamarae also continues to consult on the firm’s Estate Planning, Probate, and Estate Administration cases; and is familiar with a wide variety of Estate and Trust issues.

When she’s not in the office, Tamarae finds enjoyment in physical fitness, spending time with her family, and travel. You’ll often catch her at her preferred gym of Farmgirlfit, or following her favorite sports team through March Madness…GO ZAGS!
